Signature formats include StrongerHER small‑group training and Animal Flow, with an advanced Animal Flow option available online. Our training blends science and flow. StrongerHER draws on Landmine University spiral training and the Spinal Engine approach to develop resilient, graceful strength. Leadership includes credentials in Animal Flow and HydroCore, ensuring sessions are balanced, playful, and progressive.
