State of the art equipment, very clean and open. Relaxed atmosphere and courteous friendly people. I love the barefoot it is easier to workout especially in mobility and stretching. The equipment is continuously cleaned. Highly recommend. Not too costly either.

Before this, the last time I went to a gym was more than a decade ago (during National Service). I had a few bad experiences in finding an effective and friendly fitness option - so didn't expect much when I went down for a trial. Right from the get-go, I was made to feel comfortable by my eventual PT (Faeez) - plenty of jokes, assurance, and no weird sales tactics. Signed up for the 30-session commitment (which comes with a free membership access) and within a week, I found myself going to the gym 3-4 times a week. Faeez was very knowledgeable and practical, adjusting the exercises well but also challenging me when needed. He helped to monitor my diet shift in the first few weeks, while nurturing a healthy relationship with food. Just completed the 30-sessions - and the results? Lost 11kg and >15% body fat (and gained a new fitness routine). FM is also such a comfortable, friendly place - you are greeted by Abu/Faeez like friends, and a supportive community without toxic/weird habits. For my purpose, the equipment are also well-maintained, clean, varied - with an exercise room area too for other type of bodyweight exercises. And all this within 5 min of Lavender MRT/bus stops. Highly, highly recommend - life-changing decision of 2024 for me!

Great gym and equipment that's never very crowded which makes it great for members regardless of what level you are at in your fitness journey. Personally have never had to wait for equipment to be done being used and that's a big plus point for me. Shower facilities provided as well, but you will have to bring your own towel.
