Good experience with professional trainers. First of all, it was very impressive for the free trial class with a well organized rundown by introducing the venue and facilities. By then, a series of gym exercises to diagnose my body flexibility with recommendations on my program and diet after In Body measurement. No hard selling at all ! As a gym beginner, I can see the efforts from the professional trainers to give me the peace of mind of doing gym. After 2 mths of doing gym at Excellence Fitness, there is obvious improvement on my body function! Highly recommend Excellence Fitness -- no doubt !
