EstheClinic Sai Ying Pun

I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner! It's not only in my neighborhood, but all the positive reviews are 100% legit. I've only ever tried a "package" once in my life years ago. Since then, I've added many years (and wrinkles) to my appearance, including two dark eye bags that make me look permanently tired even when I'm not. For the latter, I decided to finally spoil myself. Surgery is invasive, expensive, and risky, so I did some research on non-invasive treatments, and that's when I discovered EstheClinic right here in Sai Ying Pun. I thought I'd have to travel to Causeway Bay, TST, Mong Kok, or even further. What drew me here was their approach: no hard-selling. From the moment I messaged them on WhatsApp to my initial consultation, there was never any pressure. Sonia welcomed me like a friendly neighbor, professionally explaining everything in detail and not in that dry, business, rehearsed kind of way. Even though I knew I wanted to spend my money here, I appreciated Sonia's courteous and warm hospitality. The hospitality and professionalism extend to the beauticians, too. They are attentive and make you feel right at home, probably more comfortable than home. I find myself almost in deep sleep at the end of each treatment and not wanting to leave. I'm not sure how effective the treatments are -- perhaps my eyes are beyond topical repair -- but I savor the temporary escape from all the chaos, noise, pollution, and hustle and bustle of Hong Kong. Yes, they will soft-sell and entice you with other treatments, but again, there's never any pressure. It's just part of sales.

I had a wonderful OxyPure facial with therapist Susan. She was incredibly professional and maintained a calm, focused presence throughout the treatment, which I really appreciated as I was there to relax. She clearly explained each step of the process as she went along, so I always knew what to expect and felt at ease the entire time. The whole session was wrapped up in exactly one hour, making it an efficient yet thorough experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a no-fuss, well-executed facial.

I had a fantastic experience at the skin clinic! Started with consultation, Sonia was insightful and thorough, making me feel comfortable and well-informed about my options as per my skin condition. I tried the hair removal, IPL treatment and an aqua facial by therapist Rajata, who was wonderful. She explained each step of the procedure and the products she used, ensuring I understood everything. Hair removal process was smooth and painless and my skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and friendly staff!

I absolutely love this clinic. I came here for my first facials and it was amazing! The lovely Denise gave me a thorough consultation first and assessed my skin. She is one of the friendliest people I have ever met! Then I had some amazing staff do the facials for me. I had 3 sessions so far and it’s so relaxing and makes my skin glowing and fresh! I’ve also started the cryo treatment with them as I was so happy with the service! Definitely recommend this place. Clean, welcoming, high quality. Good for expats like me and just good for anyone! :) 5/5!!
