I have been to many salons in Hong Kong and some are reasonable price and some are on the high end. But at the end, you are looking for not drastic cut but something easy to take care of from your day to day life. So I am so glad I found Emmanuel, he is really matching what I called Master. Not him did a great job but everyone included the receptionist, person who shampoo your hair. The products they used to dye my hair was also organic with no horrible smell and my hair felt completely nourish and shine after! Love it!

My hair is the best colour it has ever been in my life since Clément has diligently worked on it for the past year and a half. The whole experience is relaxing and fun, too. The energy of this place is great and it is reasonable compared to similar salons. Thank you to the whole team - the hair massages are second to none.

This is going to be a bit long, and I’m usually NOT a reviewer type, but this is the review that I sincerely hope people who want good hair would read: I had been relying on Japanese hair straightening treatment for years to tame my naturally frizzy, humidity-sensitive hair. But after years of using harsh chemicals on my hair, the treatment made my hair so unhealthy and broken no matter how much hair mask I had been having— my hair literally broke whenever it reached my collar bones! So I’d finally stopped any Japanese hair straightening treatment for the sake of my fragile hair, which allowed my hair to return to its healthy state, and yet, Hong Kong’s humidity is NEVER a girl’s best friend, and my hair was so frizzy and difficult to style under the heat. Thank god I have Clement come to my rescue! Apparently, Emmanuel f. has their own alternative, organic and chemical-free, anti-frizz / straightening hair treatment called OXO Organic hair treatment. It is 10000000 times better than any traditional hair straightening treatment. Their unique anti-frizz/ straightening treatment lives up to its promise of creating a silky, smooth and shiny hair look without hurting your hair. I had my treatment done in late August, and after 1.5 months, I can tell you that my hair is still going strong— it is SMOOTH and HEALTHY! Unlike Japanese hair straightening treatments, this one in Emmanuel f. doesn’t cause any damage to my hair— no dryness, no split ends, no breakage. The straightness holds up well and the result is so natural and good— every day when I wake up now, I just feel like I have naturally good hair that requires minimal maintenance. I really have Clement to thank for recommending this treatment to me. Their service is not cheap! But from the bottom of my heart, I think Emmanuel f. has hairstylists that genuinely care about the health of your hair like no other salons in Hong Kong does. I was in search for a genuine hair salon for years and I can say, most of the hair salons here are all mouth— they say they are using premium or all-natural hair products for you on Instagram, but they are NOT— it is all about marketing and getting a lot of followers online. It is truly Emmanuel f., which is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle, that shows me how hair should be properly handled, and ever since I’m with Clement, I have never witnessed a single hair of mine with split ends or that breaks. To sum up, here are the pros and cons of the OXO organic hair straightening/ anti- frizz treatment offered by Emmanuel f.: Pros - Organic/ chemical-free, nourishing - It gives an instant shiny, smooth, straightening and healthy result. - The result lasts and hair becomes healthier. - It doesn’t cause any damage to hair: no hair dryness, split-ends or breaking. Cons - It’s costlier than a Japanese hair straightening treatment.

If you want to go blonde, blonder or a different shade of blonde.. come and talk to Clement at emmanuel f! He'll take extremely good care of you and your hair. My review is just one of many that consistently recommend Clement - which tells you a lot about Clement's skills! He's an expert and excellent at what he does. Clement fixed my chaotically blonde tiger-stripey orange-yellow hair with dark roots (not the colors I chose, trust me) to a beautifully clear ashy blonde. I've gone back to Clement many more times since and with his advice have been able to maintain my blonde hair in great condition!
