Value for money if you’re not too fuss about cleanliness & equipment condition. One of the cheapest gym in town. Opens 24/7. Peak hour might be pack and off-peak might not have a single soul. Suitable for those who are not picky about additional facilities such as shower/ water cooler. There’s a trainer, Harith, available as well if you’re looking for a PT.
Been at this gym for the past 1 year. And really lucky I came across this gym to kick-start my gym journey as I started off with zero knowledge and met many new people there who are willing to learn and grow together. The PT, Harith, is also someone who's willing to share his knowledge and is friendly to approach whenever you have questions or issues with the equipment. Fuss free and great experience 💪🏻
Less crowded so it’s comfortable to workout any time. Trainer Harith is well experienced in fitness industry. Would definitely recommend dennis gym

Membership pricing is really worth it and the gym facilities and machines are pretty decent as well! Will be renewing under them for sure💪🏻
