I purchased the 6-month unlimited circuit package for $129/month, which works out to approximately $11 per visit if you attend three times a week. In retrospect, I think this might not be the best value considering the gym's small size and limited equipment selection - there are only eight machines in total. For this reason, I won't consider renewing or signing up for new packages when my current contract ends. The circuit training is well-structured and efficient, with each circuit consisting of one machine exercise followed by cardio until you've completed all eight machines. Most members aim to complete two circuits per session. The cardio routines are guided by video recordings on TV screens, which change monthly to keep things fresh. However, given the limited number of machines, you might find yourself getting bored with the repetition. On the downside, the machines and the gym itself appear outdated and dull, which might not be motivating for some users. Additionally, the machines look slightly rusty, and the leather material on some equipment is worn out or torn, although they still function properly. Another downside is that the gym's scheduling can be inconvenient - once, I came at 7:15 pm to do circuit training, but they held a yoga session at 7:30 pm in the circuit area, which meant I had to cut short my exercise. On the plus side, the gym offers trial sessions that include group classes, circuit training, and vibration training, allowing you to try before you commit. The instructors provide initial guidance on using the machines, but afterwards, you're largely on your own. Additionally, the gym is accessible 24/7, allowing you to exercise at any time that suits you. There is also a single shower room available, which is stocked with body wash and shampoo. Another advantage is that they offer body composition tracking every 6 weeks, enabling you to monitor your progress and stay motivated. This gym might be suitable for beginners who prefer a more intimate setting and don't feel overwhelmed by larger gyms with more equipment and crowds. However, peak hours (6:30-8:30 pm) can get busy, while weekends are generally quieter. One downside is that membership is restricted to the Yishun branch, meaning you can't exercise at other branches. However, if you live in Yishun, the gym's proximity is a significant advantage. This is my first experience as a gym member. I really enjoy doing my routine exercise. The environment is good. The place is clean and neat. But most importantly the instructor, Kesh, is very experienced, approachable and friendly. Thank you .
If you're new to the gym, don't worry! The trainers here are friendly and offer excellent guidance, making it a great place for beginners. It's also ideal for those seeking a women-only gym environment. Highly recommended!
First of all, it is gym for women only, I feel completely comfortable working out without worrying about awkward stares or feeling judged. Trainer Kash is also very supportive and gave advise on my workout. Highly recommend it to any woman looking for a space to work out in peace!
