Always come out with my brows on point thanks to my therapist Fairies! She is always friendly, professional and fast. I've had a negative experience previously with another therapist who didn't seem like she had much experience in threading and took more than 30 minutes to thread my brows, and the result was very messy brows.

Receptionists are so incompetent that they failed to book the appointment I asked them to book in person. Make sure to triple confirm when you make an appointment else you will waste your time. Edit: Changing this to 4 stars because after I complained about this, they found a way to slot me in 10 minutes later, and they were very apologetic about the mistake. I do love the eyelash perms I get from them, so next time will just call beforehand to ensure that their calendar is up to date before I come.

Nice first experience there for my eyelashes treatment. The lady that took care of me was very nice, explained all the possibilities and helped me to choose what is adapted to my eyes. The whole experience was relaxing and I even felt asleep during the treatment! The only thing is that I found that the room was very cold.
