This has been a great work out place for strengthening my back (late-30s problem). The coaches are funny, encouraging and realistic. And the existing members are warm and friendly — I have been reminded to squat properly to avoid knee injuries; multiple members have helped me to return and wipe down equipment, and recently someone taught me how to sprint on a bike without panicking. It’s a competitive gym, where people root for you to get better. 100% would recommend.

Joint since Oct 2022 till now. Best studio in Singapore. Knowledgeable coaches and supportive owners. Equipments are well maintained and very clean. Positive vibes and great fitness community.

Have been trying to find avenues to improve my functional fitness and have been hearing good things about BFT, so I thought of giving it a try. I love how the coaches and sessions emphasize so much on form and control - something that I tend to let go of after lifting primarily using gym machines for a while. Coaches are approachable and proactive in correcting your forms and pushing you during the higher intensity sessions. While the sessions are not specialized enough to bestow you with long duration endurance, ungodly strength, or hulking build, it is all in all a great system of programs to build overall fitness for everyone. And for the more serious fitness aficionados, a great way to get some coaching advises, expose yourself to routines you dont usually do, a great place to unwind after work. P.S: The Cardio sessions are fun and intense!

I have been a member at BFT Beauty World for almost a year. Never would I thought that exercising will be part of my daily routine, but this place has change my lifestyle. The fun coaches at Beauty World guide my fitness goals while the friends I made there helped this journey enjoyable. You will never be alone here. Trust me... The coaches won't leave you alone too....
