Ark Grit Keat Hong has been an amazing place to work out! The gym is always spotless, and the range of equipment available is excellent, catering to all kinds of fitness needs even to beginners like myself. Everything is well-maintained, so you never have to worry about equipment being out of order. The gym’s interior is aesthetically pleasing and well lit as well, making it a great environment to stay motivated and safe. I also appreciate the great ventilation system, which keeps the space comfortable and fresh. The staff are incredibly responsive—whether through messages or in person, they’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. The rates are extremely affordable too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality gym experience!

24/7 gym that is clean & very well-equipped. Just take note that their water cooler is in the washroom. However, the washroom could do with some automatic air-fresheners…. A hidden gem in the west. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very Clean Gym. Equipment are all neat and tidy Just everything that you need for your workout.

Gym is nice, cozy and neat. However the toilet leaves much to be desired. Overall, still a great place to work out with 24/7 access. Would recommend.
