I'm a proud member of this gym. Cosy environment with nice members and friendly gym staff. I would like to compliment one of the gym staff, Reno, for his cheerful attitude, and his helpfulness towards all the members and his colleagues. He works hard and gives great service.
I visited during a free trial and while the gym could use a Hack Squat and a Seated Leg Curl to be fully equipped, the experience was elevated by Ammirul's excellent service. His friendly and helpful nature more than compensated for the missing equipment. Definitely 5 stars, thanks to Ammirul!
Me and my wife is members of kebun Baru AF since 1 Jan 2014, both of us enjoy workout in this gym another motivation let us workout frequently in this gym is because we have a nice and friendly staff (Ammirul)here kindly helping and guard us , enjoy working out in Kebun Baru AF.
It's a bit small but it has most of the equipment one needs. Equipment is quite new. The location is fantastic. It is near a bus stop as well as close to Mayflower station. Friendly crowd. While there are changing and showering rooms, you would need to go out to the community centre toilets to do your other businesses or wash your hands. Not a big problem.
The staff member Amirul and Moreno are so friendly and patient to explain and teach how to use those equipment in correct way to prevent unnecessary injure for myself since I’m newbies for gyming equipment. I’m so appreciate their kindness and time.
