Anytime Fitness City Square Mall

Kyan Joseph Dian are amazing staff with impeccable customer service . I requested for the genre of songs and they acceded to my request without any complaints. The gym is clean and nicely maintained and smells amazing. 10/10 recommend , it’s one of my favourite outlets. ! It also has amazing sunlight if you like to take gym videos

Visited this AF outlet a few times as I was staying nearby. All in all a very decent gym with a good variety of machines and equipment -- perfect for any kind of exercise! Gets a bit crowdy after work, but still manageable! The outlet is tucked away all the way up to the 6th level of the mall, might be a bit tricky to find if you're visiting the first time.

Clean. Well equipped. Spacious. May be crowded though during peak hours. It’s a popular gym. Good view.

I had a bit of trouble with the vending machine it didn’t dispense my protein bar, and I was getting frustrated. Luckily, a guy who was working out nearby noticed and came over to help. I assume he’s part of the staff (though I didn’t catch his name), and he explained that the machine isn’t managed by them directly. He told me I needed to scan a QR code to get a refund from the third-party vendor. While I was initially annoyed, his explanation made things clearer, and I was able to get my refund. I also had some difficulty with my barbell squat set, but once again, the members at City Square Mall were incredibly helpful and supportive. The community here is fantastic, which is why I’m leaving this positive review!
