Great gym with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The equipment is well-maintained, and the space is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great gym with lots of space. Enough equipment to work out your whole body with free weights and machines. It feels like a 'fitness factory' with all the surroundings and fresh air. Recommended.

certainly a unique location and set-up. Non air con, but cooling nonetheless even though we were there in the middle of the afternoon. they have day passes at $12 per entry. good range of equipment, everything you need for a good full body workout. very chillax vibes. washrooms are basic but more importantly, clean. it’s just a little too dusty for my liking but i’m auntie like that.

Did a pt session with Sherman at his new gym on 14th Feb 2024. The training environment was good with new and clean gym equipment for the session. Sherman was also patient and slowly guided me through the exercises and pushed me to reasonable limits so that I could get a good workout. Enjoyed today's session at his new gym!
