24/7 Fitness Central Second Branch

I've been a member of 247 Fitness in Central for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The variety of equipment available ensures that I can mix up my workouts and stay motivated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and provide guidance when needed. I also appreciate the diverse class offerings, which cater to different fitness levels and interests. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals. I highly recommend 247 Fitness to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

The branch is admittedly a small space but it is very well arranged and the equipment is top grade and well maintained. The gym membership overall is great value especially in HK, but also with access to locations in the mainland, it’s very convenient overall. I train with Eric, he is undoubtedly very experienced and very professional, I happily renewed my PT contract recently after the great progress I made these past few months. Highly recommend this branch and also looking forward to them opening the 3rd branch in Central very soon for a much larger space 😊💪

Very good! Top-notch facilities (all Hammer Strength) alongside top-class coaches. The atmosphere is also fantastic, members are respectful and motivated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to help. If you’re serious about strength training and want access to the best equipment available, this is the place to be. The membership fees are more than reasonable for the value you get. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s a gym where I can be myself and effective for value. This is certainly the best 247 branch across the board due to its convenience of the location, located right in the central hub in Central. Members are helpful and friendly, willing to share machine in a polite manner. Body building and gen pop friendly gym. Secondly, equipment wise are well equipped which allows the highest body building level of training. Members can always feel free to film the workout and practice posing without being judged. Thirdly, absolutely clean environment. 2 cleaners working everyday and environment is clean and safe. More importantly, best coach in town with IFBBPRO coach Eric who he and his team be able to tailor make programme and diet training plan to cater for my needs, in regardless to high gen pop training or best bikini level who he understand the competition judging criteria very well. His training coaching is next level.
