I had a very bad experience with my haircut from another popular hair salon a couple of months ago so I decided to try my luck here because of the good reviews. I chose Ena since she’s specialised in women’s layered cut as stated on the website. Showed her a few reference pictures such as the one below (not my actual face due to privacy), prayed for the best and she did not disappoint! I absolutely adore her bubbly personality and enjoyed the head massage during the hair wash session. She’s very meticulous with the cut, making sure that my hair is well layered and styled. Overall positive experience and would return again in the future. My feedback would be the location as I was super lost when I was on the way and I really appreciate if there’s an actual guide video that new customers can refer to. I also appreciate if Ena and any other hair stylist could give me hair styling and care tips as layered haircuts can be a bit challenging to style and maintain especially for first timers.

Did a last minute booking for 6.30pm haircut here. Senior stylist Yoon is the one attended to me. He is very detailed, and he took time to make sure i had the best short hair! Wasn’t sure what i want so he gave me a couple recommendations based on what look good on me, and he 100% nailed it! Thanks a lot Yoon!
