Our entire family—my parents, myself, my husband, and our kids—trusts Dr. Gan completely for our healthcare needs. We’ve never met a doctor as dedicated and meticulous as her. Recently, my dad went for a health screening, and Dr. Gan took the time to thoroughly go through every detail of his results. She even cross-referenced them with his past records to create a personalized health plan for him. Her attention to detail and genuine care are unmatched. What stands out too is her thoughtfulness, even in the small things. For example, she invests in smaller needles for blood draws, making it the most pain-free experience we’ve ever had at a clinic. Dr. Gan truly goes above and beyond for her patients, and we’re so thankful to have found her. We highly recommend W Medical!

First time visited this clinic and I witnessed how well Dr Gan treated her patients. Carefully and patiently explained to one of the patient about his condition and gone extra mile to ensure he went up to the ambulance. She also took the effort to call me a day later to check on my condition. I have never seen any doctor like her being so caring and loving to the patient. Visited W Medical clinic for the first time yesterday (Saturday) to get the flu vaccine for the entire family. The receptionists were extremely polite and professional on the phone and in person. Everyone is rushing to get the vaccine and a lot of clinics had ran OOS for the vaccine even though appointments have been made via the government website. The same goes for me and my family of four. However, what stood out from W Medical was that the receptionist followed up with me when someone cancelled the appointment and said to reserve the stock (only one dose) for me (as we needed it urgently for the vaccine to be effective due to travelling soon). They eventually followed up with another call and said the stocks managed to arrive in time and reserve the flu vaccine for me entire family. It was a relief for all of us. When we reached the clinic, the receptionists were apologetic about the situation and also politely informed us clearly that the waiting time will be long and advised us to go have lunch at coffeeshop next door. Honestly, it is quite rare to see such good CS at GPs these days. Kudos to them! Dr Gan was professional and assuring as well. She was patient (I have two toddlers taking the flu vaccine) and also answered all our enquires to her best ability. It was a Saturday and supposedly a half day operating hours for the clinic but the receptionists and Dr Gan all worked OT trying their best to help all the patients. They did not show any signs of frustration or unhappiness at all. We really appreciate their effort and dedication. Thank you W Medical once again!

We came across W Medical six years ago when we conducted an online search for a doctor who is kid-friendly in the Yishun-Woodlands area for our son. That was when we had our initial consultation with Dr. Gan, and she has been our preferred doctor ever since. She is an exceptionally patient, caring, and dedicated medical professional. Dr. Gan ensures that every consultation is comfortable, establishes a strong rapport with my children, and provides detailed explanations of our conditions to facilitate better understanding. On one occasion, my son contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) and cellulitis, necessitating an immediate referral to the A&E. Dr. Gan followed up on my son's case and gave us a call a week later! We are genuinely touched by her sincere concern and commitment to her patients. There's so much more to share about her, but that would make for a lengthy post. We would highly recommend her and we're thankful for you, Dr. Gan. 💗😘

Dr. Gan was clinical, professional and very upfront and down to earth upon sharing the results. Upon hearing them, she has shared an important approach to achieve the desired levels.
