They addressed all my concerns with patience and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The procedure itself was efficient and surprisingly painless, and Dr. Nicole checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was doing well. The results have been amazing, my skin is clearer, smoother, and more even-toned than ever. I have been doing pico and yellow lasers with Dr Nicole for about a year. My pigment spot and pores show the most improvements. The staff are nt pushy in sales and will check up with me on my skin condition .Dr Nicole is very honest in whether the laser is able to meet your expectations, unlike other clinics that overpromises you with their lasers. She will also makes an effort to remember her clients' past sessions and skin conditions and change the settings/lasers depending on your skintype. She also chitchats with her clients to gv a little distraction from the pain, and give tips/ recommend products on how to take care your face. Definitely not just a 5 min and a hi bye session. Recommended!

I went to Europe in 2023 for one the half month, and I got a really bad sun burt as a result I developed rather bad melasma and dryness of my skin. Dr Nicole took time to explain patently with all my concerns and doubts. Dr Nicole and her staff never impose the hard sale to me. I can make my own decision after considering the pros and cons. My condition have been improved tremendously and my melasma has been lighten as well. I am back to maintain my condition on 14/2/2025, and I will continue to do so.
