Went through 10 sessions of laser hair removal sessions for desired area + 5 sessions of PICO laser for the face After my 10 sessions of hair removal, the hair growth was lesser and it grew finer hair as compared to last time. But you definitely need to have at least > 10 sessions for hair removal for it to be completely gone. Otherwise pain wise : 3/10, especially on sensitive areas like ur axila, it can feel burn(?) slightly as your sessions goes but probably due to the intensity of the laser haha. As for PICO , pain level 2/10. Meant to brighten scars ( I have bad acne scars due to hormones and probably it’s is just my skin) Offers ATOME installment payment for those who don’t wanna cry after seeing your bank account 😂😭🙏🏻 flexible timing and able to reschedule appointments if need be. Staffs and doctors are friendly. clinic is clean. And offers beverages recently. Thank u for the service !😀✨

Treatment and service are good. But I can’t stand the hard selling part every time I visit. I just want to utilise the remaining sessions I have. I dont want to continue anymore due to cost concerns and the hard selling doesn’t make it easier to handle. I get anxious after every session thinking what else they’re going to sell me this time. I think they should just let customer do their session and assess themselves. If customer satisfied, they will come upfront to sign up without the need to hard sell them since they have seen the proof. Update: I appreciate management has made an effort to address my concern on the above. I feel assured now that they will keep their service professional and not forcing for other treatments. Thank you for action on feedback.

This is my third visit at Pasir Ris outlet and I can say that my experience was overall pleasant. The clinic itself is very well maintained and sanitary, and the staff there are all incredibly warm and friendly. They will make sure that you feel comfortable while waiting for your turn at the waiting area and provide you with a long list of snacks and beverages to choose from (it’s also FOC btw). During my first consultation, the doctor took the time to thoroughly understand my needs and explain the treatments available. As I have very oily skin across my T-zones and cheeks, redness, coupled with tiny little bumps on my forehead and jawlines, I was recommended to go for a combination of Yellow Laser (redness) and Rejuran Healer (rejuvenation), plus Carbon Laser (pores) treatments. I decided to go for all three as they definitely made me feel confident that I was in good hands. There was no hard selling at all. The first session was slightly unbearable and I was tearing from the needle treatments. I was also a bit surprised when I was told there was Botox added to the treatment only after I was at the procedure room. However, I trusted their expert opinion and went ahead with it. I was concerned that the botox would make my face look very stiff and awkward but I was assured that it won’t. During each step of the treatment, the doctor would explain the steps to me and always check in to see if I’m doing okay which I really appreciate as I felt well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. I ended up with lots of red bumps from the needles however they subsided within the next day. In my second session, a new micro needle suction instrument was introduced and that has definitely made the treatment a hundred times more bearable which I very much prefer. However the downside to it is that the instrument can’t really grip and suction on narrower areas like nose bridge and eyebrows. There were also tiny red dots left on my skin after the treatment but that is all part of the process. A day or two after the session, I can definitely see an improvement in my skin’s texture and oil reduction after just two sessions. But I do find that my skin tends to be on the drier side after each treatment. On the third session, I was informed that the highly sought after rejuran healer was out of stock. Thus, I only did the yellow laser treatment, without the numbing cream. I originally did not think much, but looking back, I do feel that it was quite a waste to do the yellow laser without the numbing cream as I might have been able to go for higher levels of the treatment with numbing cream, which is said to have faster results. Also, I feel that if I was informed that the rejuran healer was out of stock earlier I may have skipped the session entirely and reschedule it next time since that would mean an extra trip to the clinic. I ended the treatment with no visible red bumps the third time and they also gave me a free UV umbrella after the session! Overall I can say that I am still very pleased with the experience so far and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for effective aesthetic treatments. Their combination of excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a warm, inviting environment has set them apart from other places.✨

The clinic's modern decor and calming ambiance immediately put me at ease.The Doctor's are very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle during the treatment. The staff were friendly and attentive. My results are amazing - my fine lines , wrinkles and most of all the pigmentation have significantly reduced.
