Very economic hair cut services can be found here. Nice thing is most of the time you do not have to wait long because they have always six to seven stylists. Currently they charge HK$50 for a hair cut plus shampoo. Can't find it anywhere cheaper that have this kind of services. Of course you don't expect you are treated as VIP.

Cheap and dirty, you pretty much get what you would expect for that price. Quick in and out, washing and cutting was 50HKD - cannot complain if you are fine with lots of strangers cut hair all over the place.
