Proud to be a loyal customer with The Ultimate Spa since 2006, had my first body massage at Shaw Centre for several years and now at CSC. My hubby also joined me for body massage. Our regular therapists, Dora and Lena are experienced and dedicated. They take pride in their profession and always ensure that we feel rejuvenated after each massage. A big shoutout to the Spa Manager, Jolene Tok, who’s always taking care of our appointments and ensuring our needs like our favorite massage oil and our therapists. I must say, she’s very professional and her customer service is superb. Thumbs up Jolene!
My wife and I have been going to Ultimate spa for more than 8 years and the massage has been awesome. All the staff are attentive and masseurs put in additional effort to remember ur preferences. Over the years, there have been many sales staff, with the most recent - Ms Crystal, do their best to tailor make packages that are customized to our needs.

All the staff are friendly and if you go with the same masseur frequently, they will try their best to remember your preferences. Over the years, there have been many sales staff, with the most recent - Ms Crystal, pitching their packages and what I like is that they take time to explain the different treatments and are not rude even if they are not able to close the deal.
The word "good" isn't enough to describe Ultimate Spa. It's awesome 👍😘 I have been a long term satisfied customer since 2010. The staffs and management team have been friendly and personalized to take care of each individual requests. They recommend me the service that tailored specifically to my needs. Each time after the body massage, I would feel so much relaxed and relief from my tension. I feel like I am "flying" even in my walking. Thumbs up 👍 👍❤
