Kelly is reliable, her customer service was excellent. She never fail me, every time I was happy with her styling, be it long or short hair. I been following her for 22 years, so grateful to her for taking care of my hair. Happy to see her fitted in this management. Hope she is well taken care and happy for the many years to come. .
The Top Salon has a number hair stylists who are very experienced and meticulous. They do not hard sell their products and only provide services based on what customers need. I always look for Kelly who is able to cut/ style my hair based on what I want/ prefer. The Top Salon is highly recommended.
