Consulted Dr Louisa in May 2024 due to a severe acne outbreak. She is patient, attentive to details and explain to me the current issue i am facing and recommended skincare routine/solution. Its been approx 8 to 9 months since the first consultation and i have seen the outbreak under more control and her skincare products are working well whenever there is new acne. Highly recommended making a visit if you are facing any skincare struggles too.

I had decided to seek help from Dr louisa after having a really bad breakout on my chin, I rarely had pimple when I was younger and it was a concern for me cause it started to get inflamed and sore to the touch. She prescribed oral medication and had a customised skincare regime for me. At first it's quite overwhelming the amount of skincare that was prescribed. But over time I get use to it and my skin cleared up. Dr Louisa was good, she recommend what is suitable for my skin and was not pushy to get any treatment done. I really love the staffs and ambience.. they are really friendly.. definitely recommend.

Consulted the doctor back in 2023 for facial acne. Was prescribed Isotretinoin (Accutane) for oil control. Blood test was done to ensure everything is fine. Treatment went on for 1 year and skin became dryer to the point I had to use lip balms as lips were cracking. No acne though. After 1 year of Tx, was prescribed non-oral products to maintain and even though the Rx was to use twice daily, I used once daily at night and it worked fine for me. Today marks the day where it was what would be my last consult with the doctor as it would be an open date for me and I could just go back if I need a top-up of the products. I would like to praise the doctor for her care and for the clinic staffs who are very kind and prompt on their replies on WhatsApp. Overall the clinic does not hard-sell their products and you don’t have to be worried about taking medications/products blindly.

The clinic is fantastic, staff are friendly and prompt with meds, with reminders for recurring meds. Dr Louisa is wonderful, helpful, sensitive, and effective with her diagnosis.

Had four visits so far with Dr Louisa with 6 week intervals between each visit. I could see significant improvements in my recurring cheek acne and scarring after consistently using her products and following her recommended skincare routine! My skin is very sensitive to new products too, so I was a bit worried. But Dr Louisa recommended non-abrasive methods which helped a lot. Highly recommend making a visit! It’s costly, but very worth it:)
