They’re extremely thorough in their work and take the time to understand your preferences, adapting seamlessly to meet your needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and their craft. Highly recommend!

The therapists here definitely know what they are doing. And the best thing is they DONT push their products and services. They will recommend but there is no hard sell and are quite happy to let you go back to think through your options. I have seen good improvements to my problem areas. Definitely will highly recommend The Pamper Room.

did my facial with joey and she was very professional, explained clearly what she was doing and recommended after-facial care for my skin and there was never any hard-selling of products or even packages. totally professional and my face has never felt so clean and fresh before. it looked like i had new skin when the facial was done. she did such a good meticulous job. highly recommend and would be back for more sessions. the whole session very relaxing and comfortable as well
