A very cosy ambience to begin with. I went in with a migraine . But the tranquility facial made me forget about the headache. Emma was very professional. She knew exactly what she was doing . Had the Brazilian and upper lip sugaring and it was honestly the gentlest sugaring process I’ve had so far (and I’ve had a lot!). The lady who looked after me was very lovely and friendly too. I found it a little hard to find as there wasn’t a sign on the directory, it was 3 escalators up :)

My wife had a trial and loves it. Based on her feedback, i thot i had to shoutout here and give a thumbs up. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Service was awesome, homely and warmth. No hard selling, just pure and kind service rendered. Usually most places she goes, i hear her saying always gana hard sell after or service isnt so good. Well over here, she felt relaxed and happy throughout her session. Pretty small place and personalise session as well. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a new place to try (Feedback from her, not me ok 😂)

This was my first experience at The Organic Room and only my second time doing sugar wax and it was the best one yet. Sharifah was so nice and engaging and kept the session really light and easy going. She was also really patient, attentive and meticulous with her work. Didn't miss a spot! And it was so painless the way she did it. Will definitely be coming back regularly. A great small, local business to support for sure!
