The Moving Body Bukit Timah | Pilates & GYROTONIC®

I take pilates & gyrotonic classes here with instructors Sheryl & Teresa! They are both lovely & I enjoy all my classes with them (almost addicted)! Studio is a nice learning environment - quiet & well equipped. Clean towels & cold water also provided!

I chose The Moving Body on Bukit Timah because of its proximity to home. It has almost been a year now. The variety of trainers and the ease of booking classes on an app are the two other reasons why I now love them, besides proximity.

I tried private session with Gary at Moving Body Guthrie House and it was so super fantastic that I ended up signing few more private sessions. Even their staff Julia is so helpful and supportive and demonstrated great customer service. I like their studio as well, really paying personal attention to clients. Thank you so much The Moving Body team Gary and Julia

Recently completed 10 sessions of 1-on-1 Pilates with Sheryl, Senior Instructor from The Moving Body - Bukit Timah Studio. Before I started, I heard about Joseph Pilates’ famous quote: "In 10 sessions, you will FEEL the difference, in 20 you will SEE the difference and in 30 you'll have a whole new body." I am very amazed how after 10 sessions of Pilates with Sheryl, I really feel the positive changes in my body – my muscles are stronger, posture improved and half of my body pain is gone. I am feeling excited as I continue my pilates journey with Sheryl. Looking forward to having a whole new body! Sheryl's competence as an instructor is truly impressive; her patience, gentleness, and encouraging approach make each session so enjoyable. For anyone seeking a top-notch Pilates instructor, Sheryl is certainly the go-to choice!

My instructor was incredibly attentive and over the course of one hour helped identify the muscles I especially needed help with. Studio is also extremely clean and they took great efforts to sanitize all the different parts of the machines after each client.
