My first time in this hair salon, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hairstylist, Winnie was superb — she truly listened to what I wanted and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. She’s been my hairstylist for 3 years. The salon itself is beautiful, spacious, and quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasure to enjoy the calm environment during my appointment. The reception staff, Jackie was accommodating. Overall, this salon offers top-notch service, highly recommend!

Great service and ambience. Reasonably priced too for my medium-long hair. My hairstylist Winnie of more than 5 years is very experienced and knows what suits my hair. I can leave my hair in her safe hands knowing I will love the results. Thank you for the hospitality and top quality products and service ❤️

Extremely please with the services! Greeted warmly by Jacqueline once I stepped in. A very good start for the amazing experience. Young and Winnie are both professional and skillful hairstylists, they know exactly what suits me. Never hard sell any services/ products. Never pressurized us to sign any packages. Instead, they gave very practical and useful advices to me. Puteri also skillful and very good at her work. I felt like I was having a hair spa when she washes my hair! I am definitely coming back!

The Moments, former elite hairstylists team from Shunji Matsuo at Century Square, refreshed and restarting here at Tampines One. Am thrilled seeing their spacious and cozy new salon. Been following their very dedicated hairstylist, Ms Doris, for over 10yrs and as usual, without the need to elaborate further, she understands my hair needs and requirements. Able to throw me ideas and sound advices, so am always happy and well assured leaving my hair in her good hands. The team is very warm, friendly, professional and they provide excellent service attitude. Best of all, they do not hard sell hair products, which I am grateful for. Only when you voiced out your hair concerns, Doris will then recommend the right products and offer advice in countering these concerns. This definitely makes my visit a pleasant and relaxing one! Highly recommended!

Young has been my hair stylist for the last 14 years and he produced great quality services and hair cut. Every time I visited the salon I feel so welcomed by him and the entire team! Jacqueline has been a great receptionist and has a nice personality while Joey is an amazing hair assistant with excellent attitude. I will not hesitate to recommend Young and the team to anyone who needs the hair services from The Moments Hair Salon at Tampines 1! You will truly enjoy every moment with the team.
