My experience at The Lash Company was outstanding! The team is incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment you step inside. For new clients, their detailed preference form is a game-changer. It's clear they prioritize personalized service, carefully considering your desired lash style (curve, length, etc.). The lash technicians are truly skilled and attentive, ensuring comfort and explaining each step. Plus, the new client discount is a nice perk. I'm thrilled with my lashes and will definitely be returning!

Love the online booking system! Fuss free and confirmation was received very fast! They even send a reminder a day before the appointment. It’s my go-to lash place, though prices may be slightly higher than others. The lashes are soft and didn’t hurt my eyes. The therapists are very patient and I’m always happy with my lashes after each session. Love the environment as well - clean, well ventilated and very soothing music in the background which is perfect for getting some downtime while getting your lashes done. Would totally recommend the Lash Co for lashes (especially for newbies) for an amazing experience!

The Lash Company has been my go-to place for lash extensions for a few months now! I like the relaxing ambience, and I usually get my lashes done with Li Ming. Before the session, I will share with Li Ming how I would like the lashes to look, and she will chip in with her own thoughts- which I appreciate given that she is an experienced lash artist! The whole process is very comfortable too, as Li Ming is very gentle. I highly recommend Li Ming and The Lash Company for their services!

I got my lashes done for the first time at The Lash Company at Holland Village today. It was a great first experience. Sophia was my lash stylish and she made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Knowing that it was my first session, Sophia was careful to help me understand the length and curl that would suit the style I preferred. She also shared how I should properly care for my lashes and patiently answered questions I had. The Lash Company provided me with a spoolie and cleaning brush to maintain my lashes - which is great for a lash extension newbie like me. The environment was bright and clean. Service was superb.

I don't do lashes often so I didn't know what to tell the staff, and was not entirely happy with the outcome. I really wish they had photos to choose? Anyway the service afterwards was good, I went back and they fixed it for me, and I'm very pleased with the results. The lashes are comfortable, session is relaxing and you hardly feel anything :)
