Little community here, regulars for Dom’s, Xinjie and Doug’s class. #cgc No ego, not scary, always fun, always non judgemental… one of those you should try once if you’re skeptical about functional training.
Beginner friendly and inclusive classes that cater to all looking to improve their fitness whether strength, cardio, or stability. Trainers are friendly and approachable and the members are fun too. Dominic Eng from Thomson branch is a good trainer, manages large classes well and gives good demonstration and explanation. Sometimes he dances also if you look closely enough.
The trainers at Garage are great! They are always actively looking out for you to ensure that your form and technique is correct. The community at the studio is very welcoming as well. It’s always fun working out here, keep up the good work!
Discovered this gym on ClassPass a year ago and decided to give it a try, now I’m on their packages! I only ever go for Strength 360 as I hate cardio 😂 I love how no frills the strength classes have been. For experienced and new gym-goers, the trainers are really good at guiding participants for their progress! The programmes are planned for you so all you have to track is your own weights progression and your dieting outside of classes. Simple and easy, makes working out in groups fun and fuss free 😄
7 years as a member since Binjai days to kilat to upper thomson now. Each lesson is curated by the trainer who's taking that particular class. I've personally felt the personal gains in terms of strength, speed and endurance. Classes are beginner friendly even if you have no experience with working out in a gym. Vibe is awesome as well.
