Tai Hing Sports Centre

Tai Hing Sports Centre is a community hub in Tuen Mun offering a comprehensive range of sports and fitness facilities to help you pursue your health and wellness goals in a supportive, motivating environment. Opened in 1987 (with squash courts added in 1988) and located near Tai Hing Estate and Affluence Garden, it welcomes both individuals and groups. A standout feature is its highly flexible multi-purpose arena, which can be configured into two basketball, volleyball or netball courts, or set up with eight badminton courts. Three squash courts can be converted into multi-purpose activity rooms or table-tennis rooms (with gymnastic mats), complemented by two dedicated table-tennis rooms. For practice, classes and training, you’ll find a small activity room (about 88 m²) with wall mirrors, barres, sound equipment and gymnastic mats, plus a small dance room (about 54 m²) with similar facilities. The fitness room (about 88 m²) supports strength and cardio workouts. Men’s and ladies’ changing rooms and toilets are available. The centre is designed for accessibility, with barrier-free features including an accessible toilet, tactile guide paths, a braille/tactile directory map and a lifting platform for persons with disabilities. Car parking includes one designated accessible space. Facilities are available for public hire, and the centre runs monthly training courses and recreational sports programmes to help the community stay active.
