There’s way too much hard selling after the massage session I had. They (both the manager and the therapist) hard sell me for almost 30 mins , wanting me to pay extra to top up my package when I still have $3600++ Initially I was politely rejected , mentioning that I would like some time to consider again. Then, they ask me to pay 50% instead of the full amount, mentioning that the VIP body treatment package I bought does not allow me to have that particular treatment. I have contact and feedback to the customer service mentioned that I faced multiple time of hard selling , no follow up action and improvement done on their done. When I bought the package from the other outlet few years back, they mentioned that the package I purchased can be used for all body treatment (regardless whether if they are newly introduced) and I will be entitled to 50% off. If you are into hard selling, I think you will like this outlet very much as hard selling is definitely the motto and core value of their company.

NaI is my therapist for today. She not only helped me with my aches and pains but always shared valuable knowledge on health tips. Enjoyed my session today.

Susan is my therapist and she is very professional and treats my pain problem each time I visit her. I feel very refresh she do the massage on me. Highly recommended Susan!

My masseuse, Esther, was really friendly and knowledgeable. She is also very skillful in her massage and have the best interest of the customer (not hard selling but suggesting add ons) to suit my body situation. Will definitely look for her again when I need a massage :)
