Supersmooth has been amazing! Their treatments work very well on my tan and dark skin. I regularly see Vivian at Robinson Square, and she always makes me feel at ease. I was initially worried about being in a very feminine environment, but Vivian was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I also appreciate that there’s no pressure to buy additional packages, which makes the space feel relaxed and welcoming. In fact, it helped me feel more comfortable discussing my other insecurities, and I ended up purchasing another package! Given how much of an impact and dedication Vivian and her team have on customer experience, I truly hope that employees are well-compensated. I believe when staff feel valued and supported, it leads to even higher levels of satisfaction and dedication, which can only benefit the brand and customer relationships in the long run. Lastly, the website could use some updates to enhance the overall experience.

I have been visiting Supersmooth for around 3 years now. I have bought their laser hair removal packages for pretty much forehead to toe, most of which I have completely utilized already so am very familiar with their service which is nothing short of spectacular. I am genuinely impressed with my results. Shashi, who has been assisting me since day 1, is truly amazing. She patiently listens to my feedback prior to every single session and is always reliable and so professional in her service. Her attention to detail and ability to make one feel truly comfortable makes it all very easy! She never disappoints! I would highly recommend this to anyone considering as close as possible a solution to perm hair removal.

Super smooth has been my go-to place for 5 years now and I’ve always had a great experience and excellent service. Shashi is a fabulous therapist who I have been visiting for all my services throughout . Cannot recommend her enough. Beyond the excellent job she does, she’s an absolute pleasure to work with!

I have been going to Shashi for waxing and underarm and upper lip laser treatments since 2021and it has always been a great experience! She is very calm and will make sure you’re comfortable during the appointment! I have seen significant reduction in hair growth on my underarms after laser as well as on my legs after a couple of years of waxing. The place is clean and hygienic, and they are accommodating to your schedule if and when you need to reschedule :)
