I had an amazing haircut experience with hairstylist Johnson at Super Blades! For years, I’ve had the same boring hairstyle because I was always afraid to try something new and risk messing it up. But Johnson gave me great advice and really boosted my confidence to go for a fresh new look. If you’re shy like I am, don’t worry—he has such an easygoing and welcoming personality that makes you feel comfortable right away. The entire team at Super Blades is friendly and approachable. They all support each other and offer helpful advice to ensure you leave feeling great about your new style!

I had very long hair to almost my waist, with some curls from a perm done 11 months ago. My hair looked flat due to the weight of my hair. After much researching for a good hairstylist for a haircut, I settled on Alan. During the consultation, Alan suggested what would be best after considering that I wanted to keep it long. Alan was able to give me a haircut that created movement in my hair with layers . I was also amazed that he was able to incorporate some of my curls from the old perm and not chop them all off or leave an awkward ratio of curls to straight hair. He has an eye for achieving good balance with the curls, my face shape and also my hair type. Though he had 2 other customers, Alan never hurried during the cutting process, but was very meticulous and calm. Alan appeared very focused on crafting the best hair style he could. An all wet cut was done at the start and he was extremely gentle with my hair, I didn’t feel any tugging. As it was my first time with an all wet cut, he also explained to me the rationale for it. After the wet cut, my hair was blown dry and Alan did some further trimming. Decided to give it a day after I washed and blow dry my hair to see if I could achieve the same layers in the hair and yes it is possible with no extra styling! This is a testimony to Alan’s excellent hair cutting skills!(: I received compliments on my hair from colleague and was asked for the name of the hairstylist who did my hair. I am also amazed that the layers and movement can be so clearly seen even though I have undyed black hair. There was also zero hard selling involved which I very much appreciated. I would also like to thank the staff who helped out in drying my thick, long hair. It has been a very good experience and I will be back for future haircuts/makeovers with Alan (:

I recently visited Super Blade Signature Hair & Beauty Salon for a root perm with Jerry. While I was initially excited about the new look, after a few days, I realized I wasn’t quite used to the style and still preferred my straight hair. So, I returned to the salon, and Jerry was incredibly kind and understanding. Not only did he help wash and straighten my hair back to the style I love, but he also treated my scalp, gave me a trim, and did everything at no extra charge! I was truly impressed by his professionalism and generosity. Jerry went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair. The salon staff is amazing and very friendly, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for top-notch service with a personal touch!
