Lucy made my first wax experience super comfortable and smooth. She was really friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole session on the dos and don’t and also the benefits of waxing. Came back to Sugar(ed) today after 4-5 years and had the best experience with Ferd from Katong Outlet! She is very meticulous and so bubbly and smiley. Was really nervous since this was my first time sugaring after a while but her vibe really calmed my nerves. Will definitely come back next month, highly recommend! 💯

Made an Brazilian appointment after a year and was assigned Cally as my sugarist. Seeing that I was tense and nervous about the session (as I haven't returned in a long while), Cally's warm and cozy personality reassured me. She was also very skilled, knowing when to press on the skin to offer some relief. After my session I was very pleased with the results. Overall would recommend Cally for anyone who is looking to get sugared for their first time. Also recommend Katong outlet as their staff are all friendly and welcoming.

First time sugaring and had Lucy as my sugarist. She was amazing - walked me through the whole process and helped me feel comfortable even at 37 weeks pregnant. She was also very accommodating and made it work even though I couldn’t lie on my back for too long. Definitely will recommend her!
