And, the front desk officer Ms Xiao Juan is very good, she speak very well and explained the products and procedures in details. No hard selling from them. Very friendly and jovial. Strip outlet Westgate is sleek and modern, with comfortable and relaxing environment. The therapist Yajian was excellent and attentive, made me feel comfortable by offering a blanket. It was my first time doing brazillian waxing so Yajian ensured me every steps she did. It was painful to me but bearable for those first-timer. Good thing is They are not being so pushy about purchasing packages.

Counter staff Liana and Xiao Juan are efficient and explained the package details well, finding the best way to manage my expired credit.
