Northpoint Strip Staffs are really good. Very friendly and genuinely nice even if not taking their packages (which I didn’t in the beginning) after doing first session I really am very happy I signed up for it as their service was consistent. Shout out to Myra the receptionist and therapist Louise for great care while I’m having the session today 23 Nov 2024! Thank you!

Love this outlet! The staffs went and today and my therapist Louise are very friendly, nice and sweet!! Enjoy my sessions here!! No hard sell at all yet I’m willing to purchase because it’s really good!! Did AFT Brazilian and rosebud! Best thing is they will shave for us before the session! 😭

Had a great experience for a first time underarm waxing! No overly push over for sales. I truly appreciate Louise my therapist for keeping me comfortable and Atiqah the front desk receptionist for being friendly.Definitely will keep coming back.

Louise da best!! Been with this outlet since 2021. Now 2024. Excellent service from receptionists Myra and Wenny and therapist Louise. Very friendly consistent service too! They make me feel comfortable all the time. They would whatsapp the day before to confirm the appointment. Very useful because each appointment is at least 5 weeks later. I also follow the same therapist Louise for all my AFT appointments. She makes me feel comfortable and not awkward during the session. I can see most results although not all are completely gone yet.
