I visited the Tsuen Wan branch: the equipment was new and clean, and the classroom atmosphere was quite relaxing... I'm already impulsively signing up for a trial class lol
I tried their hot yoga class... the temperature and humidity were perfectly controlled... I sweated so much and felt great... I even lost some weight!
I didn't know how to use the equipment, but the staff helped me! Thank you!
It's so nice for night owls!! Open 24 hours, no need to force yourself to get up early to exercise.
