Amazing atmosphere with a private infrared sauna & cold plunge for all your recovery needs, shower facilities are great with all your needs provided, towels & toiletries. They also provide a speaker so you can listen to your favourite music and podcast while you indulge in the sauna & cold plunge. Will definitely visit again.
Love that the space is entirely your own, it’s really clean and amenities are provided for you. You leave feeling invigorated and relaxed at the same time. Would def come back!
