I’d like to compliment your salon for the excellent service and warm hospitality. A special mention goes to Serene — she is truly skilled, professional, and attentive. Her technique and precision made the entire lash extension experience both comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the results. While the overall experience was wonderful, I believe there’s still some room for improvement in the eyelash product itself. A slight enhancement in its texture or durability could further elevate the overall quality. That said, the service standard remains top-notch — thank you for the great experience!

I am using my husband google account to post this. I highly recommend Serene and Kitty to be your beauty journey beautician. Both of them handled me well with tender loving care ensure that all my expectation are made. Both of them are very friendly and patience with all questions answered and delivered. My lower chin was full with dark spot and acne scars. They managed to clear all. Their eyelashes extension is highly recommend too, very natural, light weighted and last long. Lastly, i would like to compliment Christie, always welcome me with her friendly smile and her good customer service. All the 3 of them deserved a pat on their shoulder delivering the customer service in the next level.
