Soma Haus (Joo Chiat)

Soma Haus (Joo Chiat) is a trauma‑informed, multidisciplinary somatic wellness clinic and studio in East Singapore. We focus on nervous system regulation and integrative mind‑body care, bringing together registered therapists and allied health practitioners in an evidence‑based, collaborative approach. Our team supports a wide range of needs—from chronic pain, muscle tension, digestive and sleep issues to headaches and migraines, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and trauma‑related patterns such as avoidance, emotional reactivity and addictive behaviours. Services span physiotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, somatic therapy and bodywork, craniosacral therapy, sound therapy, and movement practices, with weekly classes in breathwork, somatics and related modalities such as TRE. The Joo Chiat studio also features private cold plunge and sauna rooms with amenities, creating a welcoming, restorative environment for deep tension release and recovery alongside one‑to‑one care and small‑group work. Soma Haus is committed to access and community care, with an inclusive sliding scale, subsidies, student counselling options, and discounts for teachers and healthcare workers, and reinvests 1% of monthly revenue to support affordability. Recognised as an Emerging Social Enterprise with raiSE and as a Company of Good, Soma Haus aims to redefine healthcare by expanding your toolkit for regulation, resilience and healing.
