joined in Feb, been a fulfilling month with daily yoga classes, full access to all the workout machines. Admin staff, class instructors and all the on-site trainers are soooo friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve also made friends with students of all ages as well. Nice neighborhood environment and really a neat and tidy gym.
Heard good things about the new owners that took over the place and decided to give it a go. The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, place is clean, bathrooms and changing rooms seem well maintained. Good vibes.
The gym is clean and neat, staffs and the coaches are willing to share their experience and guide you through! yoga class and boxing class are fun and pushing you to your limit! Overall is great experience and would love to go there more often!
Reasonable price for membership with many free group classes. Clean, not crowd and enough free space between gym equipments
