I recently tried a free spin class and immediately signed up for a membership. Honestly, spin classes are becoming increasingly rare in Hong Kong. This branch only costs HK$500 a month, which includes the class and 24Gym – it's unbeatable!
Basically, the staff at this branch were very polite. I especially want to commend Barry for his friendly attitude and willingness to listen to customers' opinions!
The venue is spacious, the environment is great, and the individual classes are very professional. Andrew's explanations and services are also very professional! Highly recommended!

This is currently the largest 24-hour gym I've been to. The equipment is comprehensive, the location is convenient, the crowd wasn't too high, the space is spacious, and it's very clean. There are also many free group classes. A top-notch experience.
