Cherlla is an experienced therapist and she will account for my facial needs recommending the appropriate treatment. She will also occasionally strike up conversation to get to know her customers while easing them into comfort during the treatment. 👍🏻
Cherlla was amazing! She explained everything in detail and we were making small talks throughout the session. I think i felt asleep when i was doing one of the cooling masks i felt so calm and peaceful. They didn't force me once to take any of their package as well. Overall 100/10 experience, HIGHLY recommend!
The outlet I went to was the one located at Westgate (Skinlab The Medical Spa). The therapist (Joanne ) that I was assigned to was really gentle with my skin while doing any procedures, and was also really patient clarifying any doubts I have about skin. recommendations given were really what fit me best at every stage. Results are slow but definitely game changing to come, so don’t fear to come thinking that they might be too forceful at suggesting products as they just want us to have the most optimised experience with them.
I've been visiting Wini for facials for several years, and I can't recommend her enough! She has been the main factor in my journey from struggling with acne to achieving clear skin. Wini is incredibly professional, nice, and gentle, making every appointment a pleasant experience. Her skills with extractions are outstanding—she minimizes pain and discomfort, which is a huge plus! This is my 1st time doing Sylfirm X ,my experience with Dr Charlene is great.She is skill and she is constantly checking on my pain tolerance while doing the treatment since I told her that I have low pain endurance.She is patient in answering all my questions,unfortunately I didn't sign up for the package as it has exceeded my budget. The consultant was nice enough to offer me deals but I decided to give it a pass. I can sense the slight unhappiness in her expression after I gave my answer which left me disappointment in their customer service.
