Been here for many sessions already. Also been to quite a number of facial places before this and this is the best one! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming every time shout out to Shin. Very swift to make appointment. Of course time to time there will be promotion of things but its felt in the sincerity for the betterment for your skin but no hard selling. My therapist is Jia Min she is the sweetest. She has amazing hands the techniques used is very relaxing, gentle and makes every session v comfortable. Also had a chance to had sessions with Set Yen who is also really good at what she does with almost painless extractions. Left me very impressed. Highly recommend!

i have been going to skinlab for a few months now and i have had a great time here. the services and staff were all very nice and friendly. i especially like this place more than other facial stores because they recommend skincare services according to your face type and it’s very suitable and effective. my facial technician is setyen and she has been the sweetest to me. she’s very kind and lets me know every step during the facial so i don’t suddenly get a shock:) there is some hard selling from time to time but they don’t force you to buy something you don’t want to but i would say they are really good at their marketing 😂

Consultant Shin is not only friendly but also highly professional, providing excellent guidance on skincare. All the staffs there makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Had a facial at SL Aesthetics @ waterway pungoll . The staff ( Angel) and Therapist ( Jia Min) were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The treatment left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Loved the relaxing atmosphere ( private room was given during the facial to make client feel comfortable) and the soothing products used. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to pamper themselves!

Thoroughly enjoy my experiences at Skinlab. Shoutout to jayee and shin, they are always so nice and friendly. They recently renovated so the rooms are nice and tidy - very comfortable!
