I had my first trial of facial with Skinlab at Tampines 1. I was attended by the therapist Vanessa Chong. She is patience in explaining my skin condition and what they use. Her hands are skin and smooth, further she is not pushy just recommended what I needed. Their price was reasonable as I have tried many beauty salon before. So I immediately took up the 12 times facial package. I need to inform, I'm one who seldom sleep during facial, however I slept for awhile in this session. It's relaxing and hydrating. Thank you for Vanessa's excellent service.
My facial was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the massages. The products they used were great, leaving my skin brighter and well hydrated. Thank you to Hui Yee for taking such good care and doing such a great job. I will definitely come again.
Had a wonderful facial experience at the Tampines 1 outlet! Vanessa was extremely detailed and so gentle—I usually get scared of pain, but I felt completely at ease. My skin visibly brightened and lightened by a few shades after just one session. Highly recommend!
My first ever time getting a facial done! I had my doubts and was worried that the experience would be bad, however, all my expectations were exceeded by a landslide! Thank you to my therapist, Alice, who was patient with me, clearly explained the condition of my skin and the processes of the facial. A big peeve of mine is being pressured to buy products or packages every step of the way, but that did not happen here. I never felt pressured to buy something or sign up for a package. I hope you other newbies to facials will have as great an experience as I did!
Vanessa has always been professional and easy going facialist! She would care for my wellbeing during the facial, asking if it was too painful etc and strike up conversations with me to keep the mood going :) she's really skilful and patient in her job, making sure every step is done properly. thankyou vanessa 🙏🙏
