It was my first facial and their customer service and skills didnt disappoint me. Nic consulted both me and my friend before our session and explained on our current skin conditions and asked what expectation we want. I chose the cryotherapy hydrating facial top up with medical peel which is quite affordable. Jessie is my beautician and she makes me feel comfortable throughout the session. You guys should try to visit one day and give their packages a try!

She explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also appreciated the relaxing shoulder massage, which made the experience even better. I was able to rest peacefully, and my skin felt amazing afterward. Overall, their service was excellent, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great facial experience.
