I went to SkinLab at Jurong Point and it was incredibly amazing .. The atmosphere of the room was really good and calming.. I just had a session with Therapist LTeen and it was my first facial treatment.. I really do love the way she interacted with me , I was nervous as a first timer but she turned it to the best treatment i have ever had.. i felt really comfortable when i was being treated with the professional therapist.. she explained to me all the products that she used on my face and tried to comfort me during the white heads extraction.. she’s very soft spoken and gentle while treating me which makes me feel very relaxed and calm 💞

I recently had my first facial treatment with a therapist L Teen, who not only made me feel incredibly comfortable but also took the time to explain every step of the process. From the initial consultation from Twinkle to the actual treatment, I was impressed with how thorough and attentive the experience was. Afterward, my skin felt rejuvenated—softer, more hydrated, and with a noticeable glow. Overall, it was an excellent first experience. I’m looking forward to future treatments with this professional and knowledgeable therapist.

Have been visiting SkinLab for facial for the past few years and I have really enjoyed the professional services that they have provided. My beautician LTeen from Jurong point outlet have took care of my skin really well and always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Packages price are reasonable but sometimes they do hard sell quite a bit once you’ve become a regular customer so that could be a little annoying. Overall quite satisfied with their services and staff.

The environment is very comfortable, soft lighting and dimmed rooms, the choice of interior colours is very soothing too. Music volume is just right also. Room size is just right and the bed is comfortable. Vicky my therapist is really gentle with my face and she's very easygoing. My face was so bright after this single treatment. The moisturiser used works on me well, can tell that it absorbed the product well and doesn't leave like this layer of "oil" or shine which some moisturisers do. Even my friend who saw me after the treatment said that my face is very 亮白 :) (I have combi skin with a lot of clogged pores) Overall the service from the team is nice and not pushy. ☺️ didn't get upset when I rejected the offers.

have been getting my facials done here for a few years now and the service here is great! my beautician is Lteen and she always makes sure that i feel comfortable. she also goes through what she will be doing for the facial and gives advise on how to better care for my skin (product application, things to avoid etc)
