I went to the Northpoint outlet, the facial service done by Pui Yee was very gentle and comfortable. She would explain the process to you. No hardselling which is good for me. Thank you for the good service! Highly recommended I went again to the Northpoint outlet, and Angel helped me and recommended me a suitable facial treatment when I told her about my concerns. They are great and I would go there again.

My first time trying to express facial and it did not disappoint! Very good service although it was express. I chose Bio Clear facial and topped it up with Bio Boost as my skin is having adult acne. The therapist (I did not get her name) was gentle and shared every process that she did. She even knew I had an acne that was not ready to be extracted to prevent any marks. What is more surprising that that It ended with a massage on the face and head! Worth the try and definitely will be my go-to express facial service!

This is my 2nd time doing Bio-Boost facial with Angel at SkinGO! Northpoint outlet and it was another absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, Angel made me feel welcome and at ease. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. I'm a regular at express facials and today's session was amazing! Angel from Northpoint outlet was really gentle and skilful. I even dozed off during my session, which has never happened before. Will definitely be back to find her :)
