I visited SingMedical Clinic’s Clementi branch on the evening of 21st October for a skin allergy. The clinic was bright, clean, and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment right from the start. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Dr. Bobby was especially impressive—he took the time to explain my treatment options in detail, making sure I understood each one. What really stood out was their follow-up care; three days after my visit, I received a thoughtful WhatsApp message checking in on my condition. This attention to detail and genuine concern for their patients’ well-being was exceptional. I highly recommend SingMedical Clinic for their excellent care and patient-centered approach!

So impressive with this 24 hours clinic. They not only provide free snack n drink, the clinic also provide gaming stuff to help you forget your illness n pain, best of all, the staff is so friendly n caring. I give them 7 stars.

My first time walking into Singmedicial for my health check up. Clean and nice environment. The staff were very helpful. During my first visit, I was attended by Dr. Tan who was very approachable and thorough in his consultation. Best was the blood taking part, I didn't feel pain at all (esp for someone with needles phobia). My second visit was attended by Dr. Stryker and found him such a cool doc! He was so humbled, detailed, pleasant and responsived who took time to go through and explained all test results (one by one 😃) patiently and thoroughly. I also like how both Dr. Stryker and Dr. Tan being very clear and reasonable in asking the right questions, recommending treatment plans & etc. Highly recommend this clinic for health check up needs.

SingMedical Clinic has been my preferred clinic for a while now. I appreciate how closely the clinic runs and treats their in and outpatients. Smooth flow of registration, consultation and payment. Minimal waiting time, clear and concise explanation, affordable and always good music playing throughout the day. I like that they have a pantry always filled for patients and an arcade and toys to keep children occupied. Every staff never fail to attend to patients with a smile alongside Dr Bobby and Dr Tam who have always served me graciously ensuring I get the best treatment possible. Thank you SingMedical Team for the amazing standard!

Visited this clinic. New and clean, with a mini pantry. The doctor and nurse were patient and attentive. The doctor explained clearly and given good advice. Was given two packets of face masks too. Limited period only. Noticed that besides body check up , they even have a weight loss program. Good to try out. Overall , great experience with this clinic. Thumbs up
