This is a long overdue review that I have been wanting to write… My late dad had several medical conditions… High BP, Kidney Failure & Fatty Liver etc… We knew there was no 仙丹灵药 to cure him and the only thing we could do was to try reducing his pain to the minimum… When Dr Leow Pit Kuan of Sian Chay Marsiling Branch first attended to my dad, he spent quite a bit of time listened to my dad’s problems patiently, examined his medical conditions thoroughly and explained clearly of all the treatments he could recommend to help him… Besides weekly acupuncture, Dr Leow referred my dad to the 推拿师in the same clinic whom helped to massage him (there were a few sessions that he felt so relaxed that he fell asleep & snored 🥰) Being one of the pioneer generation, my dad received free treatment without paying a single cent. Although it was far traveling from Pasir Ris to Marsiling & it was quite a distance from the drop off point to the clinic, he only wanted to go to this branch because of Dr Leow, who was always gentle, kind & patience while attending to him. Besides attending to patients, Dr. Leow created a chat group which he will share with all of Sian Chay's latest updates, as well as his leave roster. I truly feel his passion towards serving the community and needy. 1 Aug 2021, my dad passed away and that put all his pain & suffering to a closure… but all of what Dr Leow & Sian Chay had showered my dad with, will always be remembered 🙏
I forgot my mask and kind counter staff offered me one. Sorry and Thanks. Knee issues a week ago, medication helped eased pain but after med finished pain is back so, I am also back.
The front desk staff are always friendly and polite. Dr. Lim is patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident in the care I receive here. Highly recommended!
I had bad knee pain when I visit Sian Chay for alternative medication. Polyclinic confirm its not ghout, its worn out knee because of age. After 5 alcupuncture session with Dr Lem Beng Huat & once with Dr Leow, my knee pain have improved 60%. Unfotunately I trip & fell last week. Seems will be more trips to Sian Chay . Have to mention the reception staff is friendy and helpfull. Thank you.
