Shimmer & Shine - Oasis

Anna & Lucy are professional and patient with my queries and requests. I don’t always enjoy doing manicure - extension. However, they have made the whole experience a nice one. I have been with shimmer and shine for more than 5 years.

Compliment for the Manicurist - Ms Niki at Oasis Terrace Shimmer and Shine I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Niki on 27 March 2024 (7pm) at Oasis Terrace Shimmer and Shine. During my recent visit, I was impressed by her kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. She not only did an excellent job but also made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer even though I made a last minute appointment. Her dedication to her work is truly commendable, and she is undoubtedly a valuable asset to your team. Thank you for employing such a talented individual. I look forward to my next visit and receiving her outstanding service once again!

Have been a regular customer at Shimmer and Shine for a few years… Had the pleasure of having Niki to do my nails today and I like the attention she paid to my nails to ensure they are well taken care of. One can always count on the manicurists to give you opinions of the colours for your nails.
